By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our programs.

2. Our Services

Heirloomx offers the following educational services:

  • Heirloom Photograph Documentation Course — a self-directed reading course on photographing and documenting family objects, priced at ฿2,800 per participant.
  • Family Reference Folder Workshop — a one-day in-person workshop on building a household reference folder, priced at ฿6,400 per participant.
  • Family Records and Memory Reading Program — an annual program of monthly reading mailings, two group sessions in Bangkok, and a printed handbook, priced at ฿28,500 per household per year.

All services are educational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, or estate administration advice. Participants are responsible for any decisions made regarding their own household records or heirloom documentation.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment in a course or program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written acknowledgement from Heirloomx. Places are subject to availability.

For the one-day workshop and the annual program, enrolment requires you to provide accurate contact details. Heirloomx will use these details to communicate course logistics, materials, and session dates.

Participants must be aged 18 or over. Heirloomx reserves the right to decline an enrolment at its discretion.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of enrolment.

Payment for the self-directed reading course and the one-day workshop is due in full at the time of booking. Payment for the annual program is due in full at enrolment for the coming program year.

Heirloomx does not store payment card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Self-directed course: Once access to course materials has been provided, the enrolment is non-refundable. If you have not yet received access, cancellation must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.

One-day workshop: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the date are non-refundable. You may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in writing no later than 48 hours before the workshop.

Annual program: Cancellations made within 30 days of enrolment, before the first mailing has been dispatched, will receive a full refund. After the first mailing has been dispatched, the annual program fee is non-refundable. Heirloomx will not issue partial refunds for program years that are only partially completed.

6. Course Delivery

Heirloomx will make reasonable efforts to deliver all courses as described. In the event that a workshop session must be rescheduled due to circumstances outside our control, we will notify enrolled participants as soon as practicable and offer an alternative date.

The annual program mailings are dispatched monthly throughout the program year. Session dates for the two included group sessions are communicated at the start of each program year and are subject to minor adjustment with reasonable notice.

Course materials remain the intellectual property of Heirloomx. Participants may use materials for their own personal household purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of course materials without written permission from Heirloomx is not permitted.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage with in-person sessions in a respectful manner. Heirloomx reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to other participants, without refund.

Group sessions are designed for household-level reflection on record-keeping practices. They are not suitable for the discussion of individual legal, financial, or estate administration matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heirloomx provides educational content. We make reasonable efforts to ensure materials are accurate and current at the time of publication. However, we do not accept responsibility for decisions made by participants based on course content.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Heirloomx's total liability for any claim arising from a course or program is limited to the amount paid by the participant for that course or program.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in our courses or programs.
